How can i make my bike stop wile pedaling backwards? (like little kid bikes)?

yea my breaks arent workin good..so i was wondering if it was possible to make it work the way little kid bikes work...youre pedaling and then you need to stop you pedal back, which makes the bike stop..

No. It would take a lot of money to do what you want. Just fix the brakes you have.

Those brakes are mounted inside of a special hub on the rear wheel.....if you want to have those then you'll need to buy a wheel like that, or buy the hub and have it laced to your present rim.  

Most brakes can be made to work well.....post up a new question with some specifics about the bike, brake style, etc. and we can probably help you out.  It'd certainly be a lot cheaper to fix what you have rather than retrofit your bike to take foot brakes!   :o)
