How can i make my camera show the videos i took on the computer?

my camera can make a video and i wanted it to upload it. but it said that it cant because of the sound. it worked before, why doesnt it work now?

do i have to install something?

there should have been software that came with the camera.  This will allow you to upload and watch the video on your computer.
