  1. Not sure what you mean by natural.

Additives are put there to make foods safer.

Just remember that foods are merely a collection of chemicals. There is nothing special about them. Many of them can be poisonous in excess. Many of them have no nutritional value.

    Edit: And ignore spam replies!

  2. you should eat a little rice,do your morning exercises, and most of all, always eat green leafy vegetables (or any kind of veggies or fruits).Drink water 8-12X a day so that your body will rehydrate.Try to ignore the junk foods in the grocery store.Eat foods with vitamins and minerals.

  3. The best thing to do, really is to get all of your food from some sort of farmer's market. Or at least buy everything fresh from the grocery store.

Instead of buying canned soup or tv dinners, make your own meals from fresh ingredients. I make all of my meals on weekends, and then freeze them for the rest of the week. Then all I have to do is take it out and reheat it. It's just as convenient as tv dinners, or take out.

It's also a good idea to research certain chemicals and additives in your food, and just look on labels to avoid them. I always try to avoid anything with synthetic food dyes, bleached flour (the bleach that they use is a carginogen), artificial flavorings, and preservatives like sodium benzoate.

Avoiding those chemicals means that I've had to give up a lot of things, like canned soda (I still drink it in glass bottles, but those are getting hard to find), potato chips, and most other snack foods, and stuff like that.

Don't believe those people who tell you the stuff they add to food is "safe" or that all food is just a bunch of different chemicals. It's true that all food is just chemicals, but some chemicals help your body, and some can be slowly poisoning you. It is a fact that you don't need to eat all those additives, dyes, and preservatives. Even if a perticular additive isn't hurting you, it's not doing anything to help you either, so it's better to just avoid it and eat higher quality food, with greater nutritional value instead.

    What is Sainsbury's? Grocery store?
