How can i make my face and skin softer?

i have little acne on my face but the acne face system i use works really well but then it dries my face a little... it doesn't peel but it just kinda dries it a little. but you can barely notice. well i was just wondering how can i can make my skin softer. i think my skin is just a bit dry because of the sun (i live in the desert) so yeah a bit of sun damage. how can i make my skin softer? any house remedies or products i could buy at the store? thanks in advance :) :) :)

moisturize, moisturize , moisturize!! Try using an avocado face mask. Add avocado, egg whites, and some coconut oil

ummm wash it with the wave from nutrigena it  works really good!!!!!!!!!

after that use clean and clear face mosturizer then let it sit for 5 min after use black head scrub wipes from nutrigena then wash it and ullll be set

Always moisturize after cleansing your face. If you can find one with SPF protection, great! Otherwise, invest in a foundation or sunblock with SPF protection. And use the moisturizer every time you cleanse your face, AM and PM. Also... lots of water. Does wonders for skin!
