How can i make my hair grow 3 inches longer as past as i possible can!?!? I need major help here people!?

Okay, I have the exact same problem because I chopped off all my hair and absoluetly HATE IT!!! Heres a list of things to help make it grow...remember it's still hair so it won't grow overnite, but it will eventually! I know how you feel!

1. when shampooing your hair massage the scalp to increase blood flow.

2. use "mane n tails" shampo... (its horse hair shampoo but can be used on humans)

3.eat healthy foods, such as protein, greens, fruits. you know.

4. also do not trim your hair! everyone says that it helps hair grow but hair grows from the inside, not the ends!

5. don't wash your hair everyday the oils are good for your hair.

6. deep condition your hair once a week with a deep conditioning treatment

7. don't wear tight braids and ponytails, have them loose if necessary.

Theres no possible way to make yuor hair grow faster except time. So, if you really want it long, i would suggest extensions.

try beating an egg and combing it through your hair

also try lemon juice, or vinegar

Theres nothing really.

Just make sure you eat a balanced diet *its a big part of growing hair*

massage your scalp for like 10 minutes a day...

And just treat your hair reallly good!

Brush it often, but not too often..stuff like that..

If you have a lot of split ends, get your hair trimmed like half an inch.

hair grows half an inch a month,

i thinkk thick hair grows faster though, cause mine is like an inch a month.
