  1. Just let it grow and take your vitamins! :)

  2. I am aware that there are many instant hair products for hair growth but I don't that they are all very successful. The easiest thing to do is eat a lot of protein rich foods and dairy products. Egg, milk, cheese, spinach (not my personal favourite but still) and drink loads of water. If you really are stuck try using this: Hair Plus Shampoo

  3. Make sure that you are taking enough vitamins with iron.  Hair loss can be caused by lack of vitamins.

  4. Make sure you have a healthy diet and eat plenty of fruit and veg.  There are some supplements you can buy which can help improve the quality/healthiness of your hair and skin, like Pefectile.

  5. You can make your hair grow faster by taking supplements such as Grapeseed extract, MSM, Biotin or Silica. My blog may also be useful for helping you achieve longer hair fast - http://thelonghairdiaries.blogspot.com/

  6. get a trim and itll grow faster

  7. When i used to get a haircut i didn't like it. Long hair suits me. The best way to grow your hair fast is to massage coconut oil on your hair. Or you can massage olive oil. These 2 oils are the best for the hair.

  8. The only thing that I think could make a significant difference is taking B vitamins. B vitamins are important because they help maintain blood hemoglobin levels, whose responsibility is to take oxygen to different tissues throughout the body, including hair. They also help in cell reproduction, which can also help hair grow faster. Other vitamins/minerals in addition to this are helpful as well, such as folic acid, zinc and vitamin A(although too much vitamin A can cause hair follicles to inflame and inhibit hair growth). Overall, if you could only take one I would go with a B complex. You can find this at most stores and it contains all of the necessary B vitamins in one pill. When I took this I noticed my hair growing much faster.
