How can i make my huband's dream to ride in a fighter jet come true?

I want to do something special for my husband. It's his dream to ride in a fighter jet. . We live in texas . . Is there any way i can make this happen?

You can ride in a Russian jet, for about $25,000.  The person who quoted five grand is a bit off, as that would barely pay for the takeoff.  You cannot ride in an operational fighter in the USA.  Some people have restored old fighters, and they do give rides, but only to very influential people.  You can get a ride in an older jet that was never a fighter, and some people in the US do this.  I'm sorry that Russia is so far from Texas.

Yes. A lot of private pilots fly military aircraft. You just need to find one near you. Your best chance is to look for airshows in Texas.

If you have a lot of money you can check into a local air force base or a special airport and pay for a certain amount of time in the air but important classes must be taken so expect a total around $5000. If you want to you can also search online for a variety of airship rides.

There is a flying club near Texas which has the Mig-15 and T-33 dual seater aircraft. These were real time fighters. I do not recall the name but it is listed on the net. For a price, you can fly these aircraft with fully qualified pilots, and fulfil your husband's dream.
