I was wondering if i could make my laptop multi regional.

  1. region depends on the software, VLC media player is region free and will (should) play DVD's from all regions.  Or you can use DVD shrink to make an ISO that is region free.

    (I cant link to dvd shrink, apparently that would be illegal, but its free so google it)
