How can i make my launch cast (Yahoo Music) not play unknow artists?

i dont want my launchcast radio station to play music by any artists that i havent rated ! its really annoying when it plays music by unknows artists who's work i dont like! and i have limited skippings.. so..i cant just keep skipping tecks..! help!

You won't be able to do what you want to do.  Launchcast is specifically designed to feed you a mix of rated and unrated music.  As a streaming "radio" service, Yahoo is required to restrict the user's ability to specify what music plays.

If you want to only hear the artists you have rated, Yahoo's product for that is Yahoo Music Unlimited.  That is a premium service, requiring a subscription starting at $72/year, largely because the royalty rate that Yahoo must pay the record companies is much higher than what it pays for streaming "radio".
