Question:

How can i make my legs more..normal??(pics)?

well...i hate my legs..they are rediculously long compared to my body(im 5ft5.5 and have 34" legs) and also theyre really twiggy and shapeless....here are 2 photots to give you an idea of they are like.

so if i had to build muscle, what exercises would i have to do? i cant go to gym coz im only 14. And also will they fatten up as i get older?

  1. I honestly cant see anything wrong with them .You will be glad of nice slim legs when you get older.


  2. They will shapen up more as you grow older. For now, try lots of squats and lunges to build the muscle in your legs. It really works. My stepdaughter's used to look like yours and now that she does those exercises, they've really started looking toned.

  4. You are way to young to worry about such things. As you get older things will even out - if anything maybe  you will gain about 5 or 6 inches in height in the next 4 or 5 years - most models would kill for long legs and even if not interested in modeling most guys find long legs s**y!

    As you said - you are only 14, and at some point as you grow older they will get more curvy.

    For now: Just carry them with pride.

  8. You shouldn't hate your legs, and hey are not twiggy and shapeless. I have seen much worse. But if you want them the way you do, try doing frog jumps, squats, and lunges to build up muscles and shape. And you can go to the gym with your parents if you would like, and maybe try going on runs in the morning. They won't fatten up if you exercise. Hope this helped.

  9. i think theyre really nice! i would kill for legs like them, but building calf muscle would help. Try lunges and perching on the edge of a stair and rising up and down and then do it on one leg until you cant do it anymore

  14. I used to worry about my thin legs when I was your age, now I'm 23 and I've got friends who are jealous of them :)  You'll probably always be thin but you'll get more shapely as you get older.

  16. Start running and swimming. That will help tone your whole body.

    u dont want fat legs thats just grosse

    im 14 my legs look like that too :)
