  1. you should spray one of those setters to help make up last longer. i use mist opportunity by mark

  2. You can use a primer before your mineral makeup to help it apply more smoothly. It will also be a great base for the makeup to stick to so it can last all day. I'm not saying that it's sticky, but it'll just hold your makeup longer. Also you can use a makeup finisher spray to make your makeup look less powdery and it will keep your makeup on for longer. As well as setting your makeup with a clear powder to help it stay.

  3. an antioxident spray.

but you should just stop wearing makeup.

it still causes breakouts even though its minerals.

  4. having a good primer and a setting powder helps.

    What I do:

    1) Wash face, the moisturize.

    2) Once the moisturizer has set for at least 10 minutes, I apply my primer (Smashbox Photofinish Light, although I'm trying to find a more mattifying primer for my oily skin and with preferably no silicones.)

    3) Let that sit for a few minutes, then I take my 182 MAC brush and apply a base (ie light) layer of my foundation all over my face and into my neck and over my ears, just so everything matches better.

    4) I then apply another light layer of foundation only in a lighter colour because the foundation I have doesn't completely look like it's a perfect match, but I find with the "translucent" colour over it, the skin looks more liek my skin tone. I don't buff it in as much and I don't apply as much.

    5) I buff everything again with my brush, then apply a light layer of loose powder over everything with a soft powder brush. Sometimes I take my 182 brush to buff it all again in case I accidentally apply too much makeup.

I find that on days where I am not at work and running around and stuff that it works well and I can actually touch my face without getting makeup on my fingers, although because my skin is oily this only lasts for about 4 hours, and then I can't really touch my oiliest areas, hence why I am looking into getting a mattifying primer (Cargo and Yves Saint Laurent are the ones I'm eyeing)

If you have oily skin, maybe getting a good mattifier will fix everything!

I've heard using fixing sprays help as well, although I have never tried one. I'm probably going to be trying one though if I am not completely happy with the lasting power with a new primer
