How can i make my own free website?

i want my own domain name, and is it posible if i can host it on my own. Thank you any answer will help. and please no negatives.

You can do that with Microsoft Office Live Small Business, a free service to create a website - http://tinyurl.com/olsbfree . Currently, MS is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourname.com) for the first year. It has a free online web design tool that allows you to create web pages without coding.  You can upload your own website to it if you do not want to use its online design tool.

If I understand your question directly, you wish to have your own server on your PC, no problem with that, you can download and install WampServer, here you can play with your website offline using PHP applications, if you have the webpages you can download them into the WWW folder, you can create a ficticios domain address just for testing, however you if you want a free domain name, that you can get at some webhosting company when you sign up for a hosting package, here's such a site below on the link.

You can not get your own domain name for free... You would need to get a domain and pay for it thru a site like godaddy.
