How can i make my parents get me a turtle?

they have already said they would but they keep telling me to wait. i have the money for everything. why wont they let me get it?

take a bus or walk to petland and get a turtle and food, tank, information, and everything else, but first look up a couple of things about what you would need.

Why don't you try asking them what reservations they would have about you purchasing a turtle? Having an open discussion with them may show them that you are willing and committed to taking on the responsibility of having a turtle for a pet. Just be sure to have done your research on the species you want and are prepared to answer their questions in return.

go on the internet and reserch all about turtles write it down and look at what sort of cage it needs and food and toys and go show your mum and dad and they'll see that your dedicated to getting one and you will take propper care of it..... it worked with my parents when i got a rabbit! good luck=]
