How can i make my photos look like light is shining on them???

on myspace i see alot of peps with pictures that are bright and basicly look like they have light shining on them and i so despratly want one

Try to get Adobe Photoshop CS or any other edition. It's the easiest way to light up your pics read the tutorial or google photoshop tutorials. It's straight forward

take it with flash or when the sun shines on your face. it makes a nice cream color ;]
