you should  send her a message and ask her what layout she has..if u can send her one.

I don't have a myspace and I never go there but I can tell you that you can make your pic look like that in photoshop or a photo editing program.

you just crop it to look tall.

then drag a stroke-line box around the image

change the stroke to dotted or dashed line
