  1. Use dumbbells. Hold them in your hand and throw about 50 punches with each hand. Make sure when you start doing this, you do the punch slowly, with a coach watching, so you get your form right. You may have to experiment to see how big a dumbbell you should use, but within a few months your hand speed without dumbbells show show considerable improvement.

  2. ya i put weights around my wrist

  3. Practice punching. Use dumbells.

Swing your hands as fast as possible for 50 times.

  4. practice punching on a speed bag. you will fight how you train so every time you throw a punch focus on it being fast. learn to use the speed bag which will help get your hands moving faster

  5. plyometric press ups.

  6. Unless you have brittle bones, your wrists won't be an issue. You're going to have to find instruction on how to fight, including punching technique that won't sprain your wrist. Once you learn the basics, I imagine you could get some boxing gloves and maybe head gear and just practice with a group of friends, so the group becomes fit to fight as called upon. But only fight if you get jumped or have no other alternatives. You could end up paying a price for the rest of your life for something you did when you were 17. I met a guy that knocked someone's eye loose, and, well, he was still bothered by it years later. Yes, he knocked the guy's eye out

  7. you got to use dumbells do 50 in each hands as fast as you can and if you have a speed bad use it to practice
