How can i make my self more outgoing and show my true self?

i can be shy and people tend not to like me just because im shy, how can i make myself be louder and show my true crazy side

the reason im shy is because i dont like when people judge me, how can i make myself not care what others think?

i want to show myself that only my family and close friends see and thats loud, always dancing and singing

but most people just see the always following the rules and not saying much so i dont look stupid

help please

everyone is different and unique. if you accept what you are and who you are, you can feel better about yourself. everyone needs a friend, so be nice and loving and people will be attracted to you.
