How can i make my skin lighter naturally?

Im not really dark but I want to come a bit lighter than my original colour. What shall I drink (eg,vegetables or fruit), eat or put on my face? thanks

  1. You need to protect you skin from the sun!!!  Wear a hat when outdoors and use sunscreen.  They even sell foundation with sunscreen.  xox

  3. There's not really a natural solution to lighter skin. If you stay out of the sun any tan that you might have had will fade away, bringing you back to your natural coloring, but as far as I know, there isn't any magical food or anything else that can lighten your skin naturally.

    There are creams available that bleach your skin (people with nasty scars use it sometimes), but I'm not sure it's actually been approved in America, and it sounds a little on the risky side.

  4. Well, you could use a light shimmer cream that is a bit lighter than your skin tone. Just put it on the apples of your cheeks, though if you're looking for a more glowed and healthy look than I would recommend drinking lots of water..10 cups is the best for a day; it honestly clears up your skin, though it takes at least a week of you doing this to see results.   5. always always always have sunscreen anywhere that is showing. even when its cloudy and rainy outside. What that does: Blocks the sunrays from every tanning your skin, so to your skin, that would mean no sun at all. What happens when something doesn't get sunlight? It gets lighter.

    That would be my suggestion. The higher SPF the better.
