Try a whitening toothpaste as well as whitening strips. They really work.

crest whitening strips work good, and so do aquafresh strips, try them both and see which one works better for you.

put a little baking soda on it and fresh lemon juice and brush like 1ce a week or use salt

I had the best luck with brushing with peroxide and baking soda. Tasted crappy but worked great. Just remember not to swallow any of it.
