besides lip liner, how can i make it bigger?

i want something permanent..but i cant afford injections.

is there a way i can do them myself?

umm this isnt permanent whatsoever..but i thought id comment anyways..if you take a toothbrush, put a bit of vaseline on it, and sort of brush your lip..it makes it look bigger.

apply lip liner that is slight darker than your lip color.
