How can i make my website like there's?!?

im trying to make a jonas brothers website all about them. its so hard to cause i cant find a good website thts easy and tht has easy upload for the photos and stuff. Here are examples of how i want mine.

A website maker will only make the sites it's programmed to make - you have very little that you can change.  (Maybe color, certainly the text, but not the look.)

If you want to make a site that looks like another site, you;'re just going to have to learn how to create a web site by yourself, not with the help of someone else's program.  It's not that difficult, and there are tutorials all over the web - tens of thousands of them.  Search with the terms you know to learn the terms you have to learn.
