what can i do to make myself look better? I know I'm kinda fat, and I've been trying to lose weight for months, but nothing works. :/ any tips on losing weight would be totally appreciated! And I need some make-up and hair tips also! please, lol! I can't really wear my hair down cuz it's super foofy, I have boticelli curls. Any tips to make my hair flatter and healthier? I want to be able to wear my hear down. The reason I'm trying to improve myself is cuz I have a best guy friend who I haven't seen all summer, and I know he duznt think I'm pretty, and I REALLY like him. Lolz.

  2. Do allot of sports and then you will lose weight. But if your young I woldent worry about it, only when your like 14.

    When you shower use your shampoo, rinse, add conditioner then wash your body, rinse your body, THEN rinse the conditioner with the coldest water you can handle. This will close the cuticle which will make your hair less poufy and prevent split-ends, Trim your hair every 6 weeks, so you can straighten your hair without getting split-ends and use an ionic iron so it won't damage your hair a lot. Before you go swimming at the beach or pool rinse your hair with tap water so it wont face the damaging effect of chlorine. And dry your hair then style instead of leaving it wet. Buy good products that will, care, protect, strengthen and help growth of hair.

    Face:

    The way you out on mascara is bad. It makes your eyes rounder so when applying it trace your eye so it makes it more oval. And a little bit of foundation and your done. Remember less is more.

    Weight:

    The 4 golden rules:

    1. When ur hungry, EAT!! Starving urself will sllow ur metabolism which makes it hard to burn fat.

    2. Eat WHATEVER u want! When u make a food "forbidden" all u can think about is that food which will lead to cravings and binging and stress. But if u eat that food (pizza, cookies,chocolate) not to an excess u will NOT have the stress so it makes it easier to lose weight. GO THROW ANY FOOD AWAY THAT DOES NOT COMPLETELY INSPIRE U.

    3. Eat slowly and enjoy each bite. That way u digest ur food faster leading to a faster metabolism and actually filling urself without overeating. People eat too fast and dont really pay attention to the food so ppl become STUFFED which is VERY bad. This might take practice but its worth it. Try after taking each bite put ur utensils down and chew then take another bite.

    4. When ur full, STOP! If u overeat ur meal it will lead to weight gain. Really tune in to ur stomach and stop when u have the slightest hint that ur full. Again this might take practice but its worth it. And if u get hungry 10 mins later....u go eat!

    and aerobic exercises do help a lot especially Tai-Bo and Dance (hip hop is very good)

    Getting the boy:

    -Guys are attracted to the smells of lavender and vanilla so get perfumes with those scents

    -Try talking to him through his right ear, the right side of the brain controls happiness.

    -Guys are attracted to the taste of cinnamon so offer him piece of Dentyne Fire

    -When you see your crush, make an excuse to walk past him, but don't look at him as you walk walk by. Then after you pass him, look back to see if he's watching you, If he catches you looking, even better!

    Clothes:

    Shop whatever and take trusted person so they can give their opinion, put on what you like and ask what they think

    Devout two days to just shopping and get clothes that you like and that make you feel confident and if you feel good nothing can bring you down. Look at magazine pics and mannequins and get ideas.

  4. Okay Girly, I personaly think that you are gorgeous because God made you and you should be proud of that. Now I will help you though :)

    1. Weight - The best thing I can give you on weight is exercise daily. Every night, walk at least one mile. It sounds long, but it goes by fast. By walking, your burning calories which will make you appear slimmer. Thats good. Exercise daily. Dont try weight loss pills or nutri system. The pills are expensive and the nutri system because that only comes in small portions and you will still be hungry.

    2. Make-up - Now the make up I use is simple, beautiful, and will make you be the lights of the show. I will buy cover girl cream concealor and cover girl compressed powder. First, use the cream concealer to cover your face. Then go over it with the powder. That will make your skin vibrant and healthy looking. Then I use Revlon blush to highlight my cheekbones. The color is Softspoken Pink. It is noticable and not too bright. Then a little bit of mascare to highlight your upper eyelashes and a little bit of your bottom. Dont worry about going heavy on the make up although because guys dont like girls that wear a lot of make up. (Before applying the make up, wash your face so it will be clean and you wont break out).

    3. Clothes - Now for those who are on a tight budget, Charolette Russe. That is stylish and cute. Also, Affordable! :)

    If you want to look a little bit more out there, American Eagle has sizes that will fit anyone! I usually hit the clearance racks and I usually get a good deal. Also, Target has REALLY cute things. I love to shop there. Its fun, flirty, cute, definetly affordable clothes. They also have cute shoes and purses.

    4. Feel good about yourself. If your hard on yourself and dont have a good outlook on yourself then you will never gt anywhere in life. You have to think that your the hottest thing and work it! Be proud of who you are, and smile a lot! Thats the most important thing in life, which is smiling. Im 14 years old and i already know that im gonna be wrinkly because im always smiling and energetic. haha. But, call some girlfriends and go out and have a great time. Enjoy yourself and love who you are. Eventually, you will be what you want to be. I think you are very pretty and I can see you being Americas next Top Model. So, be happy:)

  7. mk as for eating heres my favorite saying >>eat breakfast like a kind>>>lunch like a prince>>>>and dinner like a pauper.

    eat healthy not as much fatty food run in moderation like 1 mile week one 3 miles week 2 and so on. as for looks straightening your hair really well will help >dont tell me you cant because if i can anyone can< wear a lil mascara.. get  a smallish tan.

    and i was a little dissapointed to hear the main reason that you are doing this is for a dude. live your life happily and not parranoyed about wat some dumb guy thinks.

  8. Well start by buying some foundation. This will help to even out your skin tone. Then get, let's say, brownish blush with some shimmer. Apply it to your cheekbones without making it too heavy. Don't bother with eyeliner on your bottom lid, but on your upper lid make it thin and dark brown, extending it to a little past your eyelid (but don't make it look like you tried to make yourself look asian).

    Just try to find clothes that flatter you, and try to get in some more exercise. But don't worry: being 14 only means that you have more time to grow into and except your figure. You're not fat.

  9. I think you're pretty and your definitely not fat.

    To make your curls non poofy try a smoothing serum like john frieda, it works great for curls, it makes them shiny without the frizz.

    If you want the appearance of looking longer and leaner dont wear board shorts like the ones you have in your pic...they make the legs look squat, go for a cute skirt instead with some flats. You have a pretty face I say just go natural and put a little pink lip gloss on and youll be all set.

  10. you look young. but what you should do is just drink more water, eat healthy, and do at least 30 min exorcise a day, that will make you a healthier person. For hair, i have curly hair, you should get shampoo that imporves curles, and same with conditioner. Then, you can buy some other things, like hair products that make your hair shiny and help curls, and maybe buy moose, and just expiriment with your hair. Find products that will work for your hair. I love using garnier, ( i dont know how to spell it =], but im sure you kno wwhat it is) because that just makes my hair so nice and strong, and nice curls. For make up, you can just put some mascara and lip gloss on, maybe some eye shadow, you dont really need much make up.

  12. You aren't fat, and if you want to make yourself look more attractive, wear tighter clothing and wear a little lip gloss. I can tell you have a gorgeous figure, but that loose clothing looks bad on you.
