How can i make myself pretty with my look?

ok so im looking for a way to make myself look pretty and for ppl to notice me in a good way.....helpish? thanks heres a pic

lose the nose and lip ring.

tone down the eye shadow and eyeliner.

use some foundation and blush..like your color just a little darker.

hair-maybe do something different with the bangs. like thin them out or something. maybe different color hair.

I think your very pretty, Your piercings are not so much of the problem. I think that its the fact that your are caking your eyes in all that dark liner and shadow.

I just think you need to get rid of all the heavy eye makeup, it makes you look older (in a bad way) and tired. So I'm sure if you ease up a lot on the eyeliner or shadow that you use, you will see a good difference.

Also, the fact that you add a dark hair color along with all that dark make up doesn't help. You can lighten the hair color a bit, from the picture it looks like it is a reddish (and possibly brownish too) color. I would go for a more natural color to complement your skin tone.(Ash Brown or Chestnut Brown)

(For ex. On me, my skin is pale, so I don't go too blond or I will look washed out. But w/ a darker color, I look much healthier.)  

Try that and I think you will see that you do have good looks, its just you were covering them up with all those dark colors.

dont use so much dark eye make-up and you should be good. your a very pretty girl but the bullring piercing kinda threw me off for a second. that must have hurt to get that pierced!

first of all  try to tan your skin or try to lighten your hair colour because the combination doesn't look good    and secondly  don't apply too much mascara or whatever  to your eye lashes  because your eye colour is very light and it doesn't look good.and dont mind me saying but you should seriously remove the ring unless you want a punk kinda look.toodles!!!

lighten your hair take off all that make up round your eyes and all those pissing DO NOT look good at all i think if you just did that it would make a big difference give it a go.

err, get shorter bangs, maybe a new color, less makeup espeacially less eyeliner, and at least smile!

k you have wonderful features, all i've got to say is lose all that eyeshadow/liner, it may be a part of a look you're going for and it may go with your attire, but it doesn't flatter your features, you need to use eyeshadow/liner/mascara that complements your eye color (browns go very well with blue eyes) it will make you look more youthful, and will def attract more attention!

You are already pretty.  Less eyeliner under the eye is the only thing i can suggest,  you have beautiful eyes, the eyeliner takes attention away from them, you can still add alot of eyeliner to get that dark effect, just dont smear it so low.   Maybe die your hair  all black, you have that soft fair skin and light eyes, black hair would work towards your style and soften your soft facial features even more.  OOOH and some light pink lip gloss would look great on you.. it would put some what of a girly edge on your rougher style.

to the girl below me's suggestion.. do not tan, i think the lighter skin tone fits you well.   An your peircings look fine.
