How can i make one? Is it difficult?

Can i make an Iron Boron Neodymium magnet? I have specific shapes and field orientations I'm trying to achieve, but i have no idea how to make one, also the magnets are each bigger than the palm of your hand and due to the strength of Neodymium magnets handling these will be dangerous, are there precautions i need to take to do this? So i guess my main question is how do i make one to my exact specifications? Or is there a place i can just have them made?
