How can i make passport in delhi, from last two yrs i am leaving in delhi basically belongs to chhattisgarh?

I belongs to chhattisgarh however due to my job i am leaving in delhi from last two years. can any one tell me how can i proceed to make my passport in delhi itself without going to chhattisgarh since that will take too much time. I have to go bangkok just after 15 days , i dont have any option. please help! if some one knows any passport agents name in delhi or raipur i will be highly obliged.

take an application form for passport... from any post-office...

fill it up... and deposit it in the passport office... with proof of your identity... residence in Delhi... and your job in Delhi...

if your documents are not fake you will get your passport... on emergent basis...

agents are not permitted to get a passport for you...

what is... "i am leaving in Delhi"... are you sure about your statement...
