How can i make pictures smaller ?

how can i make pictures smaller which i have taken from my mobile onto pc , i have tried changing settings on phone to lowest settings ... but when transfer them to pc they still too big and appear blurry .. thanks

got to run, type "mspaint" and press enter. paint will be opened. now press Ctrl+e and set pictures geight and width.

please save an other copy of this picture because if you have saved any bad changes in the picture then you can never get back.

if you want to do this its simple just right click then edit and use   ctrl+w  and give numbers to make it samaller

you have to click on -  to reduce the picture size and if you wants to make it biger you have to click on +
