How can i make quickly make water ice cold?

is there any way at all to turn water into ice cold water?

use one of the old time aluminum glasses...they are the best! They not only get your water colder...but it keeps them cold for a long long time!!  your ice water will get so cold that it will frost the outside of your glass

2nd fastest: put in freezer

3rd: put in the refridgerator

other options if those arn't possible:

put in a bag, on a rope and swing it around your head... it is exhausting but works.

canned air, blown on the container gets VERY cold

finally, even today in the middle-east mostly they use ceramic pots that actually cool water very efficiently, even to make ice.
