  1. Work up to it slowly. The more you gradually run the easier it will be. The endorphins will be released in your brain and you will feel plain good. But don't run with any bad shoes, injuries, or if you are pressed for time.

  2. -Run with a friend

-Make a goal, like you have to make it to a certain park in 20 minutes

-Think about it like this "I've made it 3/4's of the way, I can finish the rest" and get your mind totally devoted to finishing well

    -Music, as you mentioned

    - Run to activities. Such as to church for frisbee night, or anything like that, so you have motivation

-Focus on NOT focusing on running. Like, don't think about "this hurts, am i breathing ok? am i almost there?" think about fun things, like family roadtrips you remember from years ago. etc.

    Good luck

  3. Try to smile and enjoy yourself. Remember running should not be torcher and you are doing good things to your body.

When I get really tired, I pick a spot (a tree, crack in the road, a rock) about 10 feet ahead of me and focus only on running to that spot. Once I reach there, I pick another spot and so on. It really does pass the time because you are getting to a lot of "checkpoints" fast so you dont focus on the big picture. It works, try it.

  4. idk when i run i think of stuff and if there isnt anything to think about sing in ur head it works
