How can i make std calls wthin india?

i am studying in in chennai.but my home town is in andhrapradesh..

i have laptop.i want to make calls from laptop to my sister's cell..

Hey even i am from Hyderabad,... You should install SKYPE in your computer . there are other couple VOIP websites where you can reach your sisters mobile phone through Internet Protocol. .. this technology is called as Voice over internet protocol.
