  1. marinate it in whatever you like overnight.  Garlic, balsamic vinegar, wine, what ever you like..... just not water =]

  2. Season your steaks like you like them and spread mustard on both sides..not a whole lot and then beat them ......

  3. mariante it and stick it in the fridge over night, u also get powdered meat tenderisers

  4. Season and sear first,  then pour some vinegar in the pan and slice up some onions, cover....it's ther most tenderest steak you'll ever have:)!! You'll be able to cut it with a fork!!

  5. I believe whether you grill steak or bake it, the key is to do it slowly. We bake our steak between 375-400. It will come out perfect every time. Add some potatoes in there, too!

  6. Buy fillet mignon, and don't overcook it!

You can fry it, bbq it, even bake it. I like it best on the BBQ. Put a bit of Montreal Steak Spice on, and you are good to go.

  7. strawberry jam

  8. marinate it in an Acidic substances like vinegars and citrus juices. These make the meat tender by permeating the meat and breakdown the connective tissues. If the steak you have is a tough cut then you will want to marinate if for a few hours to overnight make it tender and juicy. You should use 1/4 to 1/2 cup of marinade for each 1 -2 pounds of steak. These two marinades make a half cup and can easily be doubled or tripled. I like to put the marinade in large zip top baggies, so I can turn them in the fridge easily.

    Vinegar Marinade

    5 cloves crushed garlic

    1 ounce Jack Daniels

    1/4 Teaspoon Balsamic vinegar

    1/2 Teaspoon honey

    1/4 Cup olive oil

    Citrus Marinade

    1/2 cup orange juice

    1/4 cup soy sauce

    1 clove garlic, crushed

    2 dashes ground cloves

I've also heard that beer makes a good marinade,I got this recipe from a friend, but have not tried it yet.

2 cups of your favorite beer

    1/2 cup of olive oil

    1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

    1/2 cup of vinegar,

    1 tablespoon of horseradish

    1 teaspoon of onion powder

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    2 tablespoons of lemon juice

  9. The most important factor in the tenderness of a steak is the cut of meat.

Fillets are really tender, but other cuts aren't.  Marinade and careful cooking are also important factors.

If you're simply concerned with tender beef and not necessarily stuck on a steak, you can slow cook or braise your meat and it will melt in your mouth.

  10. I have heard that if you marinate it with buttermilk, it makes it really tender, but I have yet to try it.  You could just buy a tender cut of meat also, they can get really pricey though.

  11. beat it with a mallet... then sear it and then cook for only 5-8 minutes.

okay maybe not a mallet I forget what they call that hammer device with the spikes on it... probably a tenderizer.

  12. Start out with a good cut of steak, do not overcook, season well with kosher salt and pepper. Consider using a bottled mardinde as well.

  13. I always boil my steak first before i bake or fry it, it works, and it comes out really, really tender, try it, it works, when the steak is finished, it will fall apart as you pick it up.

  14. Marinate your steak. Find some good marinates on www.allrecipes.com

If you buy a good quality cut of steak you shouldn't have to marinate it, only put salt and pepper on it, and then grill it to your liking
