How can i make strong concrete?

I am planing to make a concrete path way but unsure of how i can make the concrete path way very strong.

first the amount of water used is one of the biggest factors of strength.  The more water you use the weaker to concrete becomes.  If your using bagged concrete then you need to buy a higher strength concrete. the standard is 3000 lbs, you can get it up to 5000 lbs the difference is the amount of cement in the product.  You can also add synthetic fibers in  the mix.  This add strength. also you add re bar or wire to the forms before pouring the concrete.  Just make sure if your using re bar or wire keep it an inch above the ground.  If it lays on the ground the concrete will be on top of it. The purpose is to have it in the middle of the concrete.

You can also add a glue product like weldbond used for gluing wood. This makes the mix harder and more durable.
