How can i make the torpedo projector give out a better picture?

Toss it out and buy a real projector.  This is just a toy for kids to play with...you need something with 600 asni or more to look good.

You really can't -- its sold as 920 x 240 resolution and that's what you got. That's going to give you a pixelated picture unless you make the image very small ... and even then it's going to be poor. Sorry ... but if you want something better (and almost anyone except a very non critical child would), you'll have to buy a real projector.
