How can i make them bigger?

I just read a question about how working out makes your b***s smaller. i am a dancer and play soccer. how do i make it to where i can put moe muscle or fat in my b***s? i know it sounds totally weird. !!!! is there anything i can do to not make them get smaller?

  1. the second chick to answer is very mean. ignore her. she probly has like 0 b***s at all and shes jello! lol. its good that u do all this working out but ur not gunna lose that much off ur chest. if ur rlly concerned just get a padded/push up bra. kuz u cant rlly target one place to gain weight.

  3. b*****s are made up primarily of fat. Some women tend to hold more fat in the chest area than others. When women gain weight they do see an increase in breast size and a decrease in breast size when they lose weight, because they are losing and gaining body fat. So, if you gained weight chances are your b*****s would be bigger.

    There are no safe or effective ways of enlarging your b*****s.  Just think you are fit and great health.  Guys usually go for that more than the other.  Please do not listen to the guys who boast about the size of a females b*****s.  The size makes no difference in the long run.  You are perfect the way your parents made you.


  4. hey i played soccer forever too, the only way your b***s will be affected is if you're working your pecs, like doing bench presses, and even then all it will do is lift them and make them perkier, unless you're lifting as much as a man then they might start looking like b***s on top of a man's chest.

As long as you don't intend to lose any weight and have been doing these activities for a while you shouldn't worry.  b*****s are composed of fat and when you  lose weight (like diet and exercise) you burn fat and some of that gets taken off of your b*****s also.  But if you keep doing what you are doing maintain the same diet and exercise regimen your b*****s would should stay the same.  Even if you do lose a little weight it is not like your b*****s are going to disappear either. Also if you want to help them look better push ups and other chest building workouts will help to define the chest area.  

    Also how old are you?  If you are still in high school don't worry your b*****s are still developing. And will continue to develop usually till around your 20s.  Just keep up staying healthy, because in the end that is what matters most.  

  7. Well obviously some people can't SPELL 'w***e', but it doesn't really apply here. I think somebody may be bitter at their own lack of b*****s? Anyway, dancing and soccer aren't sports that tend to decrease your bust size. I don't think there's anything to worry about, but if you're not happy with your size, push-up bras are very helpful.

  8. If you do push ups you'll build up the muscles underneath your b*****s which will cause them to sit higher on your chest. And genetics is a really big part of it too. Im asian and rather than being flat as a board I have a large chest so idk check out your  mom and aunts and grammas.

  10. doing pushup's will in increase your muscles in your chest... push up's will also prevent b***s from sagging later on in life
