How can i make thin card more rigid?!?

  1. Fold two pieces of your card stock back and forth in accordion fashion in even increments such as 1/4" spacing, then apply glue to the ridges and glue it to one piece of your card stock.  Now turn over and repeat the process.  

    When dry, you have made your own corrugated cardboard.  The little triangles give it strength.


  2. Cardboard.  Elmer's glue.  All done.
