How can i make this absces go away?

Question

i get them all the time and they are very painful...

usually i use a heating pad and it comes to a head a burst..

this one isnt doing anythin and it hurts really bad idk what to do..

im in college and dont have a doc here so i cant go see a doc..

i need some cheap things to do so it will go away

I'm having a hard time following your question. Do you mean to say you have an abscess? Like on your gums? If yes, don't use a heating pad b/c an abscess is like an infection and putting heat on an infection makes it worse. The only way your going to get rid of the abscess is to go to the dentist and more than likely you'll need a root canal.

usually those things require lancing and heavy antibiotics as they can manifest into MRSA. Try to maybe find a free clinic in your area.

I had one recently, but it wouldn't go away or burst, it ended up being an infected sweat gland that wouldn't drain properly and I had to have it lanced and take antibiotics for 8 days, it was painful.

these WHAT to go away? what is an absces? like acne?

You didn't say where it was or anything.  Also, don't they have a campus clinic?  Anyway, use a hot washcloth or soak the area, if you can in the hottest water you can stand.  Apply triple antibiotic cream.
