How can i make this stop? Ow please help.?

Everytime I do some sit uos or crunches I get this burning stomach ache after and it dosnt go away for FOR EVER! How can I chage This?

  1. Ashley,

      Stop doing sit-ups and crunches!  Perhaps your body is revolting because you told yourself that you want to "slim down", not "thicken up".

      Bowing (bending at the waist, as though silently applauding or thanking an audience or picking items off the floor) should help to slim your waist (think hourglass).

      Sweeping (or activities with this full range of motion), should help to strengthen and tone your torso.

      Just for good balance, bending the knee (squat, curtsie, genuflex), should help trim thighs and saddlebags by strenghening and toning the quads and qluteous maximus.

  2. those are probably your unworked abs feeling a slight pain. pretty much completely normal. if you continue to carefully work out and dont strain them, the pain will go away as your abs will get used to it and build up the muscle.
