Pick any generic toffee recipe and substitute light corn syrup for the butter.

Hmm. I've never thought about this before...

Perhaps you could get some nice, Sweet Granny apples, crushed butter toffee, and a few vegans.

Grind up the vegans, mix in the butter toffee, and bake in a 300 deg oven for 15min (or just enough time to melt the toffee and bind it all together).
