You would need to go to Europe, take the time to meet people there.  Find a lady you're interested and work on building a relationship with her.  Then you'd propose to her and get married.

You'd need to find a job there. And work there. It would take you a long time to find out who you can trust & who you can't. But in 5 years or so it could happen lol. Don't go on line, i repeat don't go online. Too many scams out there. And you should beware of scams even if you get a job there if you don't know many people. Do you already HAVE the girl in mind that you want to marry? If so, you can't just marry her and have her live here in the United States. Doesn't work like that.

That is U.S. Immigration on the USA side in New York. Ask them your question. She will need a K-Visa (fiance Visa) to come here. I know that. But it's all the stuff surrounding the Visa that needs to be done.
