  1. Cant she come to you and marry you in the US? You really should meet her first and spent time with her. You can marry someone you haven't met in person before that would be stupid.

  2. My cousin(she's filipina) had an american boyfriend. So he applied for a fiance visa. It took him about a year or longer. She's in america now married to her bf. I think they ask you for a picture of you two together. So my guess would be you need to go and see her. Then you two can both go to the U.S. embassy and inquire how you two can get married. And then, you can meet her family, spend some time with her and get to know her better. Besides, the Philippines is soooo cool man. So cool. Good luck.

  3. See an immigration lawyer before you go over there to meet her. He will give you all the forms you will need. You can go to the Philippines & marry her at any time. Please be aware that even if you are married there is no guarantee that she will be allowed to come to the US. Also you are probably looking a year to a year & a half before she will be allowed to come over. The lawyer can give you the best info on this.
