How can i meet new people in 10th grade?

Question

I dont have many people that i know in my classes this year except my guy friend who is in my orchestra class. I want to get over my shyness, so what should I do? I have mostly smarter-er classes with seniors like pre calc and stuff :) I'm 6'2" and want to get to know taller guys than my usual 5'4" and under group lol

Go hang out on a collage campus you will meet lots of cool people who are your intellectual peers. Look for the Student Union, get a cup of coffee and hang out. Early fall or in the spring you can figure out where people hang outdoors, just kinda lurk an maybe read a book or sketch (if you don't suck at itl ike me.) How old are you in 10th grade?, ok I know it's got to be under 18 so no romantic or "intimate" friendships, ok? Also you are under 21 so no booze, got it?

Im going to 10th grade too! I think you can jsut start a converstion liek by saying i like her shirt and then pick it up from there or ask them to barrow a pencil and then say something that you can never keep a pencil without losing it,,something like that
