How can i meet stoners?

i live on tstc in waco,tx and i cant seem to find a way to meet new stoners to smoke with. does anybody have any tips on how i can meet some stoners without being inconspicuous???

Without being inconspicuous? Since you don't mind everyone knowing, you can just go around and ask everyone you meet if they know where to find some weed.
