Well, I have a couple of ways to meet them individually, and together..

1. They both have concerts- Go onto Jonasbrothers.com, and check tours. They are on the Burnin' Up tour, and see if they are near you. If so you can buy tickets. Check for miley's best of both world's concert too.

2. Listen to the radio, usually the teen hit radio stations have it or radio disney has oppurtunities to win meet and greets, and VIPs

3.Try to call the jonas brothers at 818-748-8887 ( I swear on Joe Jonas that is real, it is on there myspace page you can leave a shout out to them I promisse :) )  

4. Send them a letter. make it stand out and they might reply. I have tried all of these ways but unfortunately I haven't been lucky yet, But give it a shot!!!!

If they are going to be playing at a venue near you, hand out around the venue before 10am. They will show up at some point for the concert and you can meet them as they go in. Just make sure to have something for them to sign. We brought our school folders that we got on EBAY and they signed them for us.

There are a few different ways.  The easiest way is to win meet and greet passes off a radio contest.  I have never actually won one, but I've had friends who have.  

Another way is to get to know people who work on the tour.  That one might be a little more difficult because you have to know where to find them.  But on the Best of Both Worlds tour, I had the opportunity to get to know some of the members on the tour.  I became pretty good friends with one of the lighting techs and the easiest way for us to meet up was to get me backstage passes.  That was one of the coolest things I have ever done and I'm very excited that I had the opportunity.
