  1. I took 800mg of ibuprofen every six hours. And I sucked on Ice cubes, avoit talking as much as you can also

  2. What is the benefit of getting your tongue pierced? Does that make *any* sense whatsoever? Let me know how it goes.

  3. Take an anti-inflammatory (tylenol or ibprofen).

    Suck on Ice Cubes

And for discomfort, swish with warm salt water 4 times a day (this really soothes!!)

Other than that, you have to just wait it out.  The swelling should go down in 2-7 days.

  4. take aspirin and get popsicles to help the swelling. When I got mine done thats what I did and it helped alot to. Plus you need to make sure you rinse your mouth out with mouth wash to help not get it infected.

  5. ibuprofen (preferred regular than say tylenol) shaved ice is the best because its not that much of a solid in your mouth. but ice water all that preferred works fine. use listerine after every meal....shut up on the "whats the point" answer...its obviously not your cup of tea so you wouldnt understand
