Since you have a Yahoo! account, you also have a Flickr account.

Go to this site-

http://www.flickr.com

After that, sign in and upload your photo.

When you go to see your photo, above it will say 'Edit Photo'.

Click on it. It will ask you to get Picnik.

Picnik is SAFE and FREE (basic version).

From there, click on 'Resize' and reset the dimensions.

After that, save your picture and it will appear on your Flickr!
