How can i mold this mouthguard;?? it didnt come with instructions or i lost them; PLEASE HELP MEE?

most of those can be molded by dunking them in boiling water for a bit (30-45 seconds) I would guess, then taking them out and letting them cool slightly (not too much, but enough to not get burned) then you put it in your mouth and bite down and hold it until it begins to cool (i'd say 1-2 mins.)  then dunk it in cold water to set.  that's it!  be careful, though

then put it in ur mouth and bite down for like 2 minutes

then put it in cold water

You put it in boiling water for 10 seconds, put it into his mouth, have him bite down, then put it in cold water.
