How can i mount a regular led flashlight to my bike?

i already have a really bright 21 LED torch and i don't really see the point of buying another if i can find a way to mount it to my bike. if so how? are there certain mounts i can buy? i would like to have both options of mounting it to the handle bars, or my helmet, thanks

duck tape???? but you can go to a bike shop and get a5 led light that mounts but as far as a torch i would say the only way is duck tape and lots of it and its not water proof most likely
