How can i move and stay to a cold place from a hot place ?

I live in a country with the avrage temperature 32 centigrade in spring and 45c in summer , how can i live in a cold place like kitimat ,BC ? Do you think i can bear that cold weather ?

if you are used to that kind of heat it will just take a lot of time to adjust, i am not positive of the conversion but i think that's around 100 degrees where you are now.
