How can i move from my house, get an apartment for my own. im 20 years old i have no job, no money.

Im 20 years old, im tired of living at home with my mom and sister, i want to move out, get my own apartment, something! what do ihave to do, i would love to be closer to my family, out in Norwalk, la mirada somewhere near there, what is it that i need to do! who do i call!

Best off finding a job in the area or somewhere not to far maybe about an hours drive away at most... once u get a job then it may be easier to find a place to live because ull have money to pay the rest for an appartment... if u dont have money you wont get an appartment

You won't be able to get an apartment without job and income. Your income has to be at least twice to 3x of the rent payment.

For an instance, if the rent is $1000, then you need to have an income of $2000 or $3000 depends on the LL requirement.

If your income can't make it, you may get your parent to co-sign. You also need a good credit score and no history of eviction which I don't think you have any at age 20.

Also up front fee like credit check fee and security deposit. Those required to pay before you move in.

If you want something, you have to earn it.  

First off, you need a job.  You need to be responsible and save your money so you have a security deposit for an apartment.  

Second, do you have any credit established?  If not, you may have a hard time getting a place of your own.  You should start working on that as well.

If you have family where you want to go, would they let you stay with them for a couple of months until you saved up for an apartment?  If so, look for a job out that way.  Otherwise, you are stuck until you get some money together.
