How can i move someone else's file to a different folder?

I am the moderator and want to clean up our files by organizing them in folders. How can I move someone else's file?

click the file and drag it to the folder where you want to move it, just that, click and drag

you can not drag and drop

to move that file, you'll have to copy and paste it/ download to your puter- there are programs that can grab all the files and such, but that takes about as long and is still the same work as copying/ downloading them to your desk top, deleting out the file section, then add new folders, and paste them back in, in the organized manner you want. it will take time and I've done a huge file section this way, but it will be much nicer when it's done.
