how can i move to another country which is england start over a life go to school in england and work at the sametime and the worst part in it i've three dogs and i can't afford goods and needs or even get my wants and needs and even get a nice place to stay

I'd say move there and work there until you get enough money to attend school. Try getting a job that will pay your tuition. Try staying at a hostel, they are super cheap hotels. Put the dogs in someone else's care temporarily until you get a stable job. If you want to go to school, you might have to live in a flat, so you might not be able to take them until you are done w/ school.

I would recommend going somewhere in South America because the cost of living is very low but the standard of living for educated people is very high.
